Our priority is YOUR experience, whether you are an attendee or vendor. The goal is an all-age friendly, community-oriented environment where you can comfortably collect TCG/collectibles & connect with others of a similar passion.

At least one BIG TICKET RAFFLE ITEM (donated from our shop).
Frequent raffles every hour for smaller prizes (courtesy of donations from the vendors).

We will always have a taco truck + other food vendors interested selling at the event.
Snack bar with cheap prices.
Lively atmosphere— family-friendly music, large projector screen for announcements (i.e. raffle winners), extra tables/chairs for attendees to rest/trade/eat.

Vendors have made Collectors HQ what it is, so we are grateful to all who chose to participate in our shows! We try to keep table prices as low as possible to make it as accessible as possible to anyone who might be interested. If you are interested in vending, don’t be afraid to call/text Collectors HQ or come by the shop to talk in person! We’ll be happy to answer any questions/concerns, and help make your experience as memorable as possible.

Fill out the Google Form accurately and to its entirety (make sure to read & understand all show rules/guidelines).
Send payment as instructed on Google Forms.
The week leading up to the event, you will receive a message regarding table selection.
First come/first serve basis. Payment for table(s) in full must be completed prior to table selection.
*After completing registration process, you will be added into an Instagram group chat with all of the show’s vendors for announcements/reminders!
