COLLECTORS HQ SHOW (004)
Another successful show in the books! Thank you to all vendors, attendees, volunteers, and staff who helped make Show 004 possible.
Similar to Show 003, this event featured 95 vendor tables, 3 food vendors on site, and welcomed over 800 attendees throughout the day. The turnout and overall engagement continue to reflect steady growth and strong community interest.
The main hall remained the primary draw, but the side room proved to be a standout addition. With 11 vendor tables, it offered a more relaxed and comfortable setting that many vendors and attendees appreciated. The space also included seating for trading, eating, and taking a break from the main floor.
By placing vendors in the side room, we also increased traffic to the snack bar. This allowed us to provide more attendees and vendors with convenient access to drinks, snacks, and quick meals, including coffee, sodas, water, energy drinks, pizza, and nachos. With food, seating, and vendors all in close proximity, the space proved to be both highly functional and well-received.
One of the most notable takeaways was the strong mix of loyal partners alongside first-time vendors in the lineup. A core goal has been to make TCG more accessible—especially financially—so that more people feel comfortable stepping in, while also supporting long-term participation for those already involved. We’re always grateful for the vendors who continue to return and show their support for Collectors HQ, but at the same time, there’s something especially meaningful about first-time vendors trusting us in their initial experience. It’s a reminder that the space we’re building continues to welcome new voices into the community!
Just a few of the many first-time vendors at Show 004: @thestackshack_collectables, @kuwunami, and @lissies_cards. Thanks for coming out!
